Sync Folders

There is a newer version of Sync Folders.

The update adds the following features and corrections:

* Corrects a bug that caused the action to improperly pass results to the next action when choosing to pass only one folder or the other.

* Now checks to ensure that you’ve passed it folders, rather than some other type of input. Exits gracefully if you haven’t.
